Day 8

Day 08- Short term goals for this month and why

go to the gym more - Ive been getting great results from boxing and thats only once a week - so imagine what I could achieve if I actually went more...

Learn a few more recipes - I like learning new things to cook and tasting new stuff - trying to branch out :)

Get myself into a routine where I am being more productive - eg doing dishes before work and tidying up and stuff - since this is our place and the whole place is under our control. Gah

Yay! I'm glad the boxing is giving good results already. :)

I haven't put stuff in the letterbox yet - will do so before I go out (probably 12?). :)

It's pretty awesome being in control of your own space, isn't it? That being said, my cats are mostly in control of the carpet. They should really take responsibility for the vacuuming. ;)

You can do it! Its hard to motivate and organise going to the gym more, but I believe in you! :)

I made chicken stuffed with spinach and feta last night, hadn't tried that before. Was quite tasty.
I also learnt to make what is basically a chicken stroganoff (using low fat sour cream, but it still has white wine in it so it isn't all that healthy - tasty though). I get bored of the things I can cook. I tried the garlic chicken recipe out of the edmunds cook book, that is yum too, but I get most of my recipes off the internets! Type "healthy" and whatever main ingrediants you want to use and see what comes up.

Yahy own space. More work, but the reward of having your own space...
